Price increase: Each April, your monthly plan charge will increase by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate published in February of that year plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, only the 3.9% will be applied.

Three applies price increases based on Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC), with changes taking effect each April. For MRCs under £10, the increase is £0.50; for £10–£20, it’s £0.75; and for over £20, it’s £1.50 (all excl. VAT). These increases apply to SIMO Voice, SIMO MBB, and 5G/4G plans. Customers who join, upgrade, or add new lines are included, but those joining on or after February 16, 2025, won’t see an increase until April 2026.
